Aymeric Saha is Financial Policy Director to Congressman Meeks, a senior member and former Subcommittee Chairman on the House Financial Services Committee. Previously, Mr. Saha spent over a decade at the World Bank Group as a finance and risk officer overseeing financial risks for the institution’s global banking and investments operations. In the 113th Congress of the United States, he was appointed by the Ranking Member Meeks as Policy Director for the Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit with jurisdiction over the banking sector, consumer credit, and financial inclusion. Cumulatively, he has led congressional efforts to boost U.S. trade and investments in Africa, including successful outreach initiatives such as the “Engaging Wall Street on Power Africa”. He holds two master degrees in Finance and Business from Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor degree in Finance and Economics from McGill University.
